When the retreat ends, the healing journey continues onward.
At Rythmia, we understand how important integration is, so we've built it into the program from the start, not tacked on as an afterthought. Guests receive access to a detailed pre-retreat preparation module before they arrive on site, support for processing what arises during the week, and a structured 13-week integration program to help mitigate the challenges that may come up after returning home.
Integration is the process of bringing what you experienced into how you actually live. That can mean making concrete changes: in relationships, in habits, in career, in how you spend your time. It can also mean ongoing inner work like sitting with what opened up, returning to difficult questions, allowing shifts to complete themselves at their own pace. Most guests find that the first few months after a retreat involve more, not less, active engagement with the retreat experience and the insights gleaned.
This section of the blog is built for people who are either preparing for Rythmia, or have been to Rythmia and want to understand what to expect when they return home. You will find practical guidance on building a post-retreat integration practice, how to talk about your experience with people who were not there, how to handle the emotional complexity that can follow deep inner work, and how to sustain what changed.
