How to Book Rythmia: Dates, Availability & Booking Process
Booking Rythmia is a step-by-step process. You'll begin your journey by speaking directly with a Senior Guest Consultant who will walk you through every step, from selecting your dates and room type to completing your medical screening. Find answers to the most common booking questions below, or call us at +1 (844) 236-5674 to start the conversation.
Booking Process
Booking starts with a call with a Senior Guest Consultant to discuss dates, room type, and eligibility. You'll then complete a written medical questionnaire reviewed by the clinical team. A $500 USD deposit secures your space, with the remaining balance due within 14 days. Call +1 (844) 236-5674 or visit rythmia.com/book to get started.
Rythmia is typically booked 4–12 weeks in advance, with peak periods around January, spring, and autumn filling faster. Specific dates featuring highly sought guest speakers can sell out months ahead. If you have a firm travel window, booking early is strongly recommended. Check current availability at rythmia.com or call +1 (844) 236-5674.
Policies & Logistics
All Rythmia reservations are non-refundable. If you cancel before arrival, your payment converts to credit toward a future stay. Reservations rescheduled or transferred three or more times incur a $200 surcharge. Deposits not converted to a confirmed booking within one year of purchase are forfeited.
Absolutely! Many of Rythmia’s guests will often attend alone. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed and fully integrated into the community from day one.
