A week at Rythmia is structured, supported, and unlike anything else. The Rythmia Way Program combines ayahuasca ceremonies with daily yoga, breathwork, and world-class guest teachers — all within a safe, medically licensed facility. Find out exactly what your days look like, what to expect in ceremonies, and what support you'll have after you leave.
Your Week at Rythmia
A typical week begins with arrival and a medical intake on Sunday. From Monday through Thursday, evenings are reserved for ayahuasca ceremonies. Mornings include yoga, personal development classes, meditation, 'Answer is You' classes with Michael Beckwith's curriculum. Days also include integration sessions, optional massage or colonic hydrotherapy, pool time, and beach trips. Departure is Saturday or Sunday depending on your arrival day.
The Rythmia Way Program is a structured week-long curriculum combining four ayahuasca ceremonies with daily yoga, rhythmic breathwork, Michael Beckwith's 'Answer Is You' classes, integration workshops, and one-on-one support. It is built around three key intentions (Show Me Who I’ve Become, Merge Me Back With My Soul, Heal My Heart) and is the framework through which 23,000+ guests have experienced their miracle.
The 3 Intentions that drive the entire Rythmia Way Program are: Show Me Who I’ve Become, Merge Me Back With My Soul, and Heal My Heart. Each works together in a structured process through the ceremonies to allow guests to have the best possible outcome, and achieve what we refer to as a Miracle.
Integration & Support
Before arriving at Rythmia, guests access the RLife App. It not only includes a comprehensive prep module, but also a 90-day integration program. The app features expert-led yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes, weekly live Zoom sessions with certified facilitators, and Michael Beckwith's 'Answer Is You' course. Optional 1-on-1 integration coaching with a certified practitioner is also available at an additional fee.
Rythmia regularly hosts renowned guest speakers including Dr. Michael Beckwith (founder of Agape International Spiritual Center), alongside some of today’s top thought leaders. The schedule varies each week. To see who is presenting during your preferred dates, check the current calendar on the Rythmia website or ask a guest consultant when booking.
Spiritual Philosophy
Rythmia is non-denominational and spiritually inclusive. The Rythmia Way Program draws from multiple wisdom traditions and is designed to support guests of any spiritual background. The program is grounded in principles of self-discovery and healing rather than any specific religious doctrine. Guests of all beliefs, even atheists or agnostics, are welcome.
